Welcome to Holy Apostles ... |
|
 | Holy Apostles Orthodox Church is a parish of the Autocephalous (self-ruled) Orthodox Church in America. We are primarily a worshiping community, striving together to conform our lives to the image and likeness of Christ in word, deed and thought. Our parish is part of the Eastern Orthodox Church, with our roots in the Russian Orthodox Church, and we are in communion with the larger body of canonical Orthodox Churches throughout the world including the Greek, Antiochian, Romanian and other national churches. | | While our community consists of many people from parts of the world that are traditionally Orthodox, more than half of our parishioners are Americans who have turned to Orthodoxy from another faith tradition (or no tradition at all). We preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ unto salvation for all who will hear, and we encourage you to visit and worship with us. | | | Our unity in faith, doctrine and theology is balanced by the diversity of our parish community. Not only will you find nations from across the globe represented in our membership, but you will also find young families, senior citizens, large families, professionals, students, teens and young adults. We hope that you will take the time to visit and introduce yourself to us. If you have any questions for us or about Orthodox Christianity, please don't hesitate to give us a call at 926-8744 or email
